[Homebrew Loader]KHL - KaZ's Homebrew Loader[Homebrew Loader]

NOTE: I NEED A NAME FOR THIS PROJECT
KaZ's Homebrew Loader is going to be similar to HBL but its a eboot.pbp format
and this doesnt use any of hbl src at all. i will release this soon after i finish rev 1.
Note The Menu i will add Later.

UPDATE: i added a sceio function to load the menu.pbp after if it fails it says error opening menu or something. so far ive failed to load the menu. but im working on it Smile

Also Fixed some crashes while launching from hbl
