First of all you wana download the pspdev or pspsdk and download it. it can be found here [i reccomend pspsdk]
psp sdk - [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

install that onto your hardrive and after that is done open the pspsdk folder and there should be other folders like psp bin and that make a file called pspsdk.bat

open it up and copy and paste this code


set path=%path%;C:\pspsdk\bin
set PSPSDK=C:\pspsdk\psp\sdk
C:\pspsdk\bin &
C:\pspsdk\psp\sdk change the letter C to what drive letter you installed it on and you should be readdy to go to start compiling Smile
